Pausing your subscription
You can pause anytime with at least 24 hours' notice before the next scheduled meal. Just message us on WhatsApp at +919650089501 with the dates you want to skip.
Paused days don't count against your meal balance — they shift the end of your subscription forward. If you bought a 15-meal plan and pause for 2 days, you still get all 15 meals; the plan just ends 2 days later.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime — no lock-in. Message us on WhatsApp before your next scheduled meal to stop further deliveries.
If you cancel before any meals are delivered
Full refund within 7-10 business days.
If you cancel mid-subscription
We'll refund unused meals at the per-meal rate (₹299 per meal), minus any bonus meals already consumed.
Example: you bought a 15-Meal plan for ₹4199 and cancel after consuming 7 meals. The 8 remaining meals refund at ₹299 each = ₹2392. (Bonus-meal accounting: since you've consumed only 7 of the 15 meals, you haven't received the "free" 15th yet, so no adjustment is needed.)
For 30-Meal plans, the same logic applies, with the 3 free meals counted proportionally: you "earn" 1 free meal for every 9 paid meals consumed.
Re-subscribing
Cancelled but want to come back? Just message us. There's no waiting period and no penalty.
